- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to specification
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
- Take orders, process payments, and handle cash responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, glassware, and workstations
- Restock bar supplies, ice, garnishes, and glassware
- Follow licensing laws and Challenge 25 procedures
- Monitor customer consumption and promote responsible drinking
- Work closely with floor staff to ensure smooth service
- Report stock shortages or equipment issues to management
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, and basic cocktails
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in busy environments

Pay: £10.00-£12.71 per hour
