No previous care experience is required. We provide full training, a comprehensive induction and ongoing support to help you develop your skills and confidence.
Our Pay Rates
We believe our care workers should be rewarded fairly for the important work they do.
New starters – first 3 months
£13.25 per hour
During your 3-month probationary period, you will receive:
- £13.25 per hour for standard day shifts
- £13.75 per hour for evening and weekend work
- Paid mileage between care visits
After successful completion of probation
£14.00 per hour
Once you successfully complete your probationary period:
- £14.00 per hour for standard day shifts
- £14.50 per hour for evening and weekend work
- Paid mileage between care visits
Night Care Workers
£16.50 per hour
Our night care workers are paid £16.50 per hour.

The role
As a Home Care Worker, you will support people in their own homes, helping them to live safely, independently and with dignity.
Every person we support is different, so no two days are necessarily the same.
Your role may include:
- Supporting with personal care, including washing and dressing
- Supporting morning and evening routines
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Shopping and light household tasks
- Prompting and supporting with medication in accordance with care plans and training
- Supporting people to maintain their independence
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting people to access their local community
- Accompanying people to appointments, activities or social events
- Supporting hobbies and leisure activities
- Observing and reporting changes in a person's wellbeing
- Following care plans, risk assessments and company policies
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Working positively with colleagues, families and other professionals
- Safeguarding the people we support and reporting concerns appropriately
Who are we looking for?
You do not need previous experience in care.

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
Because we provide care to people in their own homes across the community, you must have a full UK driving licence and your own reliable vehicle.
Mileage between care visits is paid.
Working hours
We currently have opportunities 7 days a week.
Day shifts
7:30am – 10:00pm
Day staff will work agreed hours within this timeframe according to their contract and rota.
Night shifts
10:00pm – 7:30am
Night care workers are paid £16.50 per hour.
We offer a range of part-time contracts to suit the number of hours you are looking to work.
Please note: We are not currently recruiting for school-hours-only availability.
No experience? That's okay!
If you have never worked in care before, don't let that put you off.
We provide a full induction and training programme before you work independently. You will receive the training and support you need to provide safe, effective and person-centred care.

One thing I particularly like about this version: the progression is very clear:
