We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our award-winning Marketing & Communications team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract starting in October 2026. This is a part-time position (3 days per week, 0.6 FTE) and offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of exciting and meaningful projects.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Help design everything from printed leaflets and posters to digital assets, social media content and integrated marketing campaign materials
- Contribute ideas, shape creative concepts and see your work used across our network!
You will need:
- Experience working in a graphic design role, either in-house or within an agency
- Strong creative, visual and layout skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- A positive, collaborative approach and a willingness to contribute fresh ideas
