Ellenborough Park is a luxury 5-star hotel set within 90 acres of beautiful Cotswold countryside. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bar & Brasserie Manager to lead our busy Bar & Brasserie, inspiring the team to deliver exceptional food, drinks and service whilst creating memorable guest experiences.

About the Role
As Bar & Brasserie Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and commercial success of our Bar & Brasserie. Leading from the front, you'll motivate your team to deliver consistently high standards whilst maintaining a welcoming, relaxed and professional atmosphere.
This is a full-time position contracted at 40 hours per week. Flexibility is essential as shifts include days, evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the Bar & Brasserie
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service
- Recruit, train, coach and develop your team
- Foster a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture
- Ensure the restaurant and bar are fully prepared for service each day
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety
- Provide expert knowledge of wines, cocktails and premium beverages
- Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage Management team to ensure smooth operation across all outlets
- Drive standards, performance and continuous improvement
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys leading from the front.
You'll ideally have:
- At least two years' management or supervisory experience within a quality bar, restaurant or luxury hotel
- Strong knowledge of wines, cocktails and premium drinks
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Experience coaching and developing teams
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Excellent spoken English and high personal presentation standards
