Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a vibrant food service environment. Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and restocking supplies as needed
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service
- Follow time management practices to ensure orders are prepared promptly during busy periods
- Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operation during shifts
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards is desirable
- Experience in serving customers and understanding of basic food safety protocols will be beneficial
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with good organisational skills
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and portion control
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food presentation techniques is a plus but not mandatory
