- taking orders and using POS system
- greeting and talking to guests with high expectations of exceptional service
- making barista style coffees and other hot/cold drinks
- Maintain cleanliness of the working area, guests eating area and bathroom
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality ideally with coffee barista skill
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
Skills:
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in drink preparation
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
