Sales Associate – Cambridge Satchel, Frederick Street, Edinburgh
This is a 16-hour, part-time Sales Associate role at Cambridge Satchel, based at our Frederick Street store in Edinburgh. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, delivering excellent customer service and providing our diverse clientele with the perfect customer experience. You will also support the management team in the smooth day-to-day running of the store, working together to meet targets.
Working 16 hours per week on a rota system, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
Main Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service across all areas of the business
- Ensure high levels of security are always maintained
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and visual standards in-store
- Identify and respond to current and future customer needs
- Support the management team in daily store operations
- Uphold and maintain the reputation of the Cambridge Satchel brand
- Maximise sales, achieve targets, and contribute to increasing profits
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new lines, and promotions to assist customers effectively
- Undertake embossing and occasional repairs, while supporting customers with product care guidance
