Role Purpose: The Support Worker plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals accessing services. Working directly with people who may have complex needs, the role supports wellbeing, safety, recovery and independence through compassionate, consistent and professional practice.
Working under the guidance of a Senior Service Manager, the Support Worker delivers day-to-day support in line with individual support plans, organisational policies and agreed service models. The role contributes to a safe, inclusive and respectful service environment and works collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
