Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to supervise our customer service team with a view to progressing to Customer Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with a a high level of accuracy. The ideal applicant will demonstrate supervisory experience, management skills, and analytical abilities to optimise service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the customer service team to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide supervision and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Manage escalated customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution aligns with company standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.
- Input orders received either electronically or by phone.
- Assist with telesales ordering and manage daily phone lists.
- Ensuring other departments receive their orders internally in a timely manner.
- Delegate the workload of the customer service team.
- Ensure all paperwork for service provider orders are processed and reconciled with the assistance of the customer service team.
- Any additional tasks as required by the management team.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a customer service environment.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: £27,476.80 per year
