- Ensure effective communication across all departments through excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making processes for business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within hospitality and supervising experience is essential.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
