Bronze Direct is a leading supplier of professional spray tanning, sunbeds, and wellness equipment, plus beauty products and salon consumables.
Due to the continued growth and increasing demand for VersaSpa automated spray tanning systems across Ireland, Bronze Direct is seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our expanding technical team.
Key Responsibilities
· Service and maintenance of VersaSpa spray tanning booths & tanning equipment
· Warranty repairs and fault diagnostics
· Installation and commissioning of new equipment
· Deep cleaning and refurbishment of machines
· Liaising with Bronze Direct’s technical support team
· Supporting customers both on-site and remotely
· Assisting with stock, parts, and warehouse preparation when required
· Maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction
· Extensive travel including overnight stays when required.
Requirements
· Must have a full clean UK/Irish driving licence (essential).
· Physically fit and able to lift and carry equipment.
· Must be presentable and possess good communication skills.
· Have good problem-solving and organisational skills.
· Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
· Willing to travel extensively across Ireland and UK.
Desirable
· Technically minded individual
· Good communication and customer service skills
· Organised and capable of working independently
· Full clean driving licence preferred
· Willingness to travel throughout Ireland and occasionally the UK
· Previous electrical/mechanical experience beneficial but not essential
