Sayturk Limited operates a number of bars, nightclubs, and cafés throughout Newcastle, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to excel and push themselves within the hospitality industry.
We are currently recruiting for Supervisors who have exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and previous hospitality experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising day-to-day venue operations
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Supporting and motivating staff teams
- Ensuring high standards across the venue
- Managing customer queries and resolving issues professionally
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures
- Maintaining health & safety and licensing compliance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or supervision
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced nightlife environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A personal licence is preferred
