Job purpose - To support the delivery of efficient customer services to our customers and provide full administrative support to the Head of Customer Services.
Duties and responsibilities - Deliver exceptional customer service to customers and clients
- Engage with customers offering support related to the bidding process, their purchases, and account queries. This includes assistance via phone, online communication, and face-to-face customer service.
- Administration and the ordering of stationary.
- Using our own internal online systems to undertake quality checks on lots and live sales.
- General reception duties across to include signing in visitors, dealing with the incoming and outgoing mail and recycling.
- Manage room and hospitality bookings including setting up the room and hospitality.
- Review customer feedback on online platforms.
- Work towards monthly KPI’s to meet targets including call efficiency and quality.
- Ability to multi-task and manage daily operational tasks with strong execution and confidence.
- Assist in administration and other site/department customer service team’s workload according to the needs of the business as and when required.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience required:
No specific qualifications are required however excellent written and verbal communication are essential. Computer & numerical skills are vital to the role.
Daily Base: Nottingham
Environment: Office based
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00am-5:00pm, 35 hours per week
Contract: Full time, permanent.
Salary: Up to £23,441.60 per annum. .
