The Role and Candidate
We are seeking a dedicated Roboshop Retail Assistant to join our ROBOSHOP Retail team on a part-time basis and must have availability of 3 days a week (weekend work will be required).
You'll spend most of your time travelling to our Roboshop vending machine locations across London and nearby cities, ensuring they are fully stocked, clean, well presented and working correctly. Every day is different, from replenishing bestselling products and carrying out basic machine checks to resolving minor issues and supporting new machine launches.This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in delivering great standards, and is passionate about creating an excellent customer experience.
ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Retail Operations Roboshop Manager, you will:
- Visit Roboshop locations each day to replenish stock and keep machines fully stocked.
- Ensure machines are clean, well presented and operating correctly.
- Carry out basic troubleshooting and report any technical issues that require further support.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure bestselling products are always available.
- Support the setup and launch of new Roboshop locations.
- Complete daily machine checks and report any maintenance or operational issues.
- Requires being able to lift up to 20kg packages
- Work closely with warehouse, retail and support teams to ensure stock is delivered and replenished on time.
- Build positive relationships with landlords, venue partners and internal teams.
- Follow company processes to maintain high operational standards across the Roboshop network.
- Help identify ways to improve the customer experience.
- Complete basic administration and use company systems to record visits, stock movements and machine issues.
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail, customer service, stockroom or merchandising experience.
- Enjoys working independently and managing a daily route.
- Well organised with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable lifting and moving stock (up to 20kg).
- Confident using mobile devices and basic systems to complete daily tasks.
- Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Able to solve problems quickly and use initiative.
- Experience working to targets or KPIs is an advantage.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly is essential.
- Fluent in English. Mandarin is beneficial but not essential.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
