Pay Rates:
- Ages 16-17: £8.91 per hour
- Ages 18-20: £10.85 per hour
- Ages 21+: £12.71 per hour
- Higher rates available for those with relevant traffic management qualifications

Event Support Team is on the hunt for enthusiastic Road Closure Marshals to help manage traffic and pedestrian access at Tramlines Festival 2026 — three unforgettable days packed with incredible live performances and tens of thousands of fans descending on Sheffield!
Your Role
As a Road Closure Marshal, you'll be at the centre of the festival buzz, responsible for:
- Managing and monitoring road closures around the festival site
- Helping festivalgoers, residents, and businesses navigate access with confidence
- Delivering warm, friendly, top-notch customer service throughout the event
- Working hand-in-hand with our brilliant wider team to keep everything running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Customer service experience — essential
- A professional, approachable, can-do attitude
- Reliability and flexibility across multiple event days and long shifts
- Someone who stays sharp, alert, and proactive in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Bonus: relevant traffic management qualifications = higher pay!
