We are looking for experienced Front of House Team Members who are passionate about people, thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand that every guest interaction matters.
What We’re Looking For
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a restaurant, hospitality or premium customer service environment.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- The confidence to engage naturally with guests and build rapport.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- The ability to perform under pressure whilst maintaining exceptional standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
The Role
As part of our Front of House Team, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences from the moment our guests arrive until the moment they leave.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth, energy and professionalism.
- Delivering attentive and personalised table service.
- Demonstrating strong product knowledge and confidently making recommendations from the menu.
- Ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience throughout their visit.
- Managing guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Working closely with the kitchen, bar and management teams to deliver seamless service.
- Maintaining impeccable presentation and service standards at all times.
