Waste-A-Way Recycling is the only bulk waste haulier to hold the DVSA’s prestigious Earned Recognition accreditation and we’re seeking high quality drivers to join our growing team.
We offer some of the best driving conditions in the industry. We operate a youthful fleet of Mercedes trucks, with all tramper vehicles fitted with driver comforts including air conditioning, refrigerator, inverter, microwave and large bed.
To ensure that our drivers are always able to attain the highest income, we operate a significant in-house support resource. Rather than waiting for third party support to arrive, we’ll ensure that our own dedicated fleet of mobile tyre fitters and HGV fitters attend immediately to any issues, and will ensure that you have a replacement vehicle in the event that yours needs to be taken off the road. And our depot teams will even wash your truck for you!
For night-out/’tramper’ roles Salary, after training, typically c.£52,000pa including night-out allowances and bonuses. Our productivity-based bonus scheme means that over 80% of our tramper drivers earn in excess of £1,000 per week. Every other Saturday compulsory overtime.
