We are seeking a dedicated and efficient packing labourer to join our packing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are accurately packed and prepared in a presentable manner for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to handle materials safely and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
· Unload upholstered units upon delivery to packing department & arrange for packing process
· Ensure all finished goods are accurately labelled, have the correct paperwork and are ready for dispatch
· Use the company computer system to prioritise orders & maintain deadlines
· Load packed units into dedicated shipment area safely & securely ready for dispatch
· Perform heavy lifting as necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used
· Manage & replenish packing material stock levels as required
· Maintain attention to detail to ensure correct items, quantities, and documentation
· Handle materials safely adhering to all health & safety regulations
· Control waste & recycling to maintain a clean and organised working environment
· Support other areas of the operation when required

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
