About You:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Family. The role will suit somebody looking for a new challenge & is passionate about all things baking!.
Responsibilities:
Preparing baked goods for our shops to sell, including a selection of sour doughs & breads, pastries, cakes, viennoiserie & others.
Preparing every item to highest standards, on every occasion.
Effective time management to cope in fast-paced work environment.
Product development.
Compliance with all areas of Health & Safety/ Food Safety.
Maintaining a clean & organised work environment.
Estimating expected food consumption levels, organising required ordering/preparation with minimal wastage.
Operating & maintaining all kitchen appliances efficiently & safely.
Requirements:
Food Hygiene Level 1 Certificate or above (desirable)
Any qualifications in catering/hospitality (desirable)
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
