Join a high-profile pricing team at the heart of one of the UK’s most iconic organisations. Working across Domestic Parcels, Letters and International products, you will play a key role in driving revenue, customer outcomes and commercial performance at Royal Mail.
We’re seeking a Senior Pricing Business Partner to translate pricing strategy, tariff decisions and capability enhancements into effective commercial delivery. You will ensure pricing changes are clearly defined, approved and successfully deployed across systems, processes and customer channels
.
This is a critical role with accountability for delivering pricing outcomes across a c.£8bn revenue base, typically supporting £200m+ annual uplift. Acting as the commercial interface between Pricing, Sales, Finance, Customer Experience and Technology, you will drive alignment, manage readiness and ensure pricing changes deliver intended results.
About the Role
You will lead end-to-end deployment of pricing changes, from tariff updates and pricing controls to new capabilities and system enhancements, ensuring smooth execution across the business.
Working cross-functionally, you will:

Own deployment of pricing changes and capability enhancements across products, channels and payment routes

Ensure pricing changes are defined, approved and ready for execution

Drive business readiness, stakeholder alignment and dependency management

Act as the key interface between Pricing, Sales, Finance, Operations and Technology

Oversee testing and deployment to ensure effective operation across customer and financial processes

Manage risks, governance and approvals to protect commercial outcomes

Drive adoption of pricing processes, controls and ways of working

Identify improvements to pricing deployment, controls and systems
About You
You are a commercially focused change leader with strong stakeholder management skills and experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
You bring:

Experience in pricing, commercial, revenue management or customer-to-cash environments

Strong delivery of complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and priorities

Excellent influencing skills across Sales, Finance, Operations, Pricing and Technology

Ability to translate strategy into clear, executable outcomes

Experience working within governance and control frameworks
-
Strong commercial judgement, planning and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
Experience with tariff deployment, large-scale change, pricing systems such as SAP or Salesforce, end-to-end pricing and billing processes, or transformation programmes.
