Responsibilities
As a Barista, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, assisting with food service, and ensuring every guest feels welcome. You’ll take pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace and consistently delivering top-notch service.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to a high standard
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Support with food preparation and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all service areas
- Operate the till, handle cash, and manage orders efficiently
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a barista or in a café/food & beverage environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
- A passion for great coffee, food, and customer service
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: £12.71-£12.90 per hour
