We are recruiting here at Saffron Vantage for a motivated and enthusiastic QA / QC / Training Assistant to join our client's team on a permanent basis.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who already have experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Training within the food manufacturing industry. We also welcome applications from individuals with food manufacturing experience who are keen to develop their career within quality or training.
Salary: £34,047 p/a
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday, 08:00 - 17:00 - Friday, 07:00-16:00
Key Responsibilities
- Support quality assurance and quality control activities across the site.
- Assist with staff training and the delivery of training programmes.
- Help maintain food safety and quality standards.
- Participate in internal audits and compliance activities.
- Work closely with colleagues to promote continuous improvement and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a food manufacturing environment.
- Experience in QA, QC and/or training is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Auditing experience, or a genuine interest in developing auditing knowledge and skills.
- A proactive approach, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and develop.
