We are now looking to recruit a delivery driver at newly opened Shepshed Branch, to join our existing team, in providing an efficient professional delivery and/or collection service to our customers
Primary Responsibilities:
To ensure that all goods scheduled for delivery are accurate to the branch delivery note.
To ensure that customer returns are checked: boxed up and accompanied by a signed return note.
To ensure that on delivery the customer is satisfied with their order and proof of delivery is signed and retained.
To ensure that company marketing material is distributed as directed.
To carry out visual daily checks on allocated van to ensure road-worthiness and complete weekly vehicle check sheets.
To refer any new sales leads to the Sales Manager.
Normal Hours of Work
Your normal hours of work shall be a minimum of 40 hours per week worked between the following hours to meet branch requirements, unless notified otherwise:
Mon – Fri - 8.00am to 5.00pm - Plus, two Saturdays per month 8.00am to 12.00pm
