Experience Required: The ideal candidate for the role will be able to demonstrate initiative working alone without supervision. Experience with Kerridge system and truck parts
Shift patterns: 4 On, 4 Off with 7am by 7pm shifts
Salary: Paid on a monthly basis, should you be interested in the position the details within the T’s & C’s will be discussed individually.
As a proactive member of the dealership's team you will be required to contribute towards an efficient operation, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Main duties will include:
· Stock Management
· Handle Inbound enquiries and customer service
· Identifying and Inspecting truck parts
· Using software for customer database and parts inventory
· Serving Workshop and External customers using Software
