Senior Recovery Worker - Drug & Alcohol Housing Support Service
Norwich & East Norfolk
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
No Shift Work | No Weekends | No Personal Care
Fixed Term until 30 November 2027 (possibility of extension)
£27,570.78 (Basic) + £1,454.67 (RRA) = £29,025.45 per annum
We're looking for an experienced and motivated person to support people affected by substance misuse, mental health challenges and housing related issues across Norwich and East Norfolk.
Working in partnership with Change Grow Live (CGL), you'll help individuals maintain accommodation, improve wellbeing and build more independent futures.
What You'll Do
- Manage a caseload of people with complex needs
- Deliver person-centred housing-related support
- Work closely with housing, health and recovery services
- Build strong partnerships across local agencies
- Promote independence, recovery and positive outcomes
- Help shape and develop an evolving service
We're Looking For Someone With
- Experience in housing support, mental health, homelessness, recovery or social care services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solution-focused approach
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- A passion for helping people make positive life changes
