Duties
- Prepare high volumes of chicken and meat seekh and chapli kebabs.
- Follow exact family-developed recipes for authentic spice and ingredient blends.
- Operate industrial grills and cooking equipment in a production facility.
- Ensure consistent flavor and texture suitable for commercial freezing processes.
- Maintain rigorous tracking and handling of halal-certified meat products.
- Adhere to strict UK food safety regulations and factory hygiene standards.
- Monitor internal cooking temperatures to comply with hazard control guidelines.
- Coordinate with pastry and assembly teams to maintain production schedules.
- Manage inventory levels for meats, spices, and fresh ingredients.
- Clean and sanitize all industrial grilling machinery and workstation areas.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents or contamination
Skills
- Experience operating industrial grills or working in food manufacturing facilities.
- Deep knowledge of authentic South Asian spice blends and kebab preparation.
