As part of a global freight logistics business, you will be responsible for warehouse transactions into the business system, for receiving, locating storage, and actioning all inbound stock movements. You will support the warehouse, office, and management staff. Communicate well, be technically proficient and accomplish time-sensitive tasks, promptly and on time. Must remain calm under pressure, multi-task and effectively problem solve. A very high level of accuracy and commitment is required to support a busy warehouse team.
· Receive shipments into company WMS
· Input new product descriptions onto WMS
· Create labels for some inbound stock
· Communicate any receiving issues and/or discrepancies to the Assistant Warehouse Manager and Customer
· Update pallet locations into WMS
· Stock control - monitor stock levels within the WMS
· Upload PODs to company database
· Assist with Customer booking in process
· Run reports from WMS
· Liaise with Customer by phone and email to ensure inbound process is adhered to
· Answer any inbound stock queries received from customers
· Scope to undertake duties required for Customs warehousing
· Assist with general ad-hoc administration duties
· Undertake any reasonable requests from Managers in line with the range and scope of the post.
In addition, the post holder will be expected to: -

· Assist in ensuring that all health and safety, and security measures are complied with, in accordance with company policy

Pay: £27,520.00-£27,520.14 per year
