Flexible Working Patterns That Work for You. We understand that everyone has different commitments, which is why we can often tailor your working days and shift patterns to suit your weekly schedule. We are particularly interested in speaking with people who can commit to working Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.
Typical shifts times:
- Morning shifts (7:00am – 2:00pm)
- Evening shifts (4:00pm – 10:00pm)
Working consecutive days allows you to build meaningful relationships with your clients and provides a wonderful sense of continuity and consistency in the care they receive.
Where You'll Be Working - Our clients live across: Haywards Heath, Lindfield, Cuckfield, Burgess Hill, Hassocks and Ditchling.
As you'll be visiting clients in their own homes, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work.

What You'll Be Doing as a Care Assistant - Every day is different, but your role may include:
- Companionship and social interaction
- Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
- Meal preparation
- Medication support and administration
- Personal care, including bathing and showering
- Applying lotions and creams
- Dressing and grooming support
- Hair care, shaving support and assistance with appearance
- Light household duties
- Continence care
