OverviewKey Responsibilities
- Manage multiple roofing and construction projects from start to completion.
- Take full commercial responsibility for project performance and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Manage project budgets, variations and final accounts.
- Lead and support Site Managers to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve margins and drive business growth.
- Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within roofing or construction.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors and supply chains.
- Excellent leadership, communication and client relationship skills.
- Good understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety.
- Full UK driving licence.
- SMSTS (preferred).

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
