Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality food production.
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment and encouraging professional growth.
- Develop and refine menus that showcase creativity while maintaining consistency and quality standards.
- Manage food preparation processes, ensuring all dishes meet presentation and taste expectations.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and sanitation procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers for ingredient sourcing, inventory management, and cost control.
- Train team members on cooking techniques, food presentation, and service standards to uphold excellence.

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary setting.
- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food production and preparation.
