Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Evaporator / Machine Operator to join our Client in Bruton. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery used in production and assembly processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical background and experience in dairy production.
Responsibilities
- Loading of road tankers.
- Operating machinery such as separators and pasteurisers, ensuring products are made within the required specification.
- Running UF and RO plant, production and CIP.
- Washing plant, using CIP systems.
- Laboratory testing of incoming/outgoing liquid products
Requirements
- Proven experience in dairy production.
- Good time management to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Basic maths skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assurance tasks.
