We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join a Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is an excellent opportunity for a Team Leader, Senior Residential Support Worker, or existing Deputy Manager looking to join a supportive organisation that values leadership, development, and positive outcomes for young people.

The Role
As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the home, supporting the Registered Manager to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the leadership and development of the residential team
- Promoting positive outcomes for young people
- Ensuring safeguarding and care standards are maintained
- Assisting with staff supervision and development
- Supporting compliance with Children's Home Regulations
- Leading shifts and deputising in the absence of the Registered Manager
What We're Looking For
- Experience within Children's Residential Care
- Experience as a Senior Residential Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and residential care standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
