Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 a year
As our Leadership & Culture Development Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping leadership capability across the organisation. Partnering with operational leaders and People colleagues, you'll design and deliver impactful leadership development programmes that equip leaders to inspire teams, drive performance, and create cultures where colleagues can thrive.

- Designing and delivering leadership development programmes aligned to the Helping Hands Leadership Framework
- Creating structured development pathways that support leaders at every stage of their leadership journey
- Developing engaging learning experiences focused on team leadership, performance management, decision-making and leading change
- Supporting the development of strong leadership capability across the organisation
- Helping to strengthen a culture of accountability, performance and compassionate leadership
- Designing learning experiences that reinforce Helping Hands values and leadership behaviours
- Collaborating with People and operational teams to embed leadership behaviours throughout the employee experience
- Evaluating programme effectiveness using feedback, capability measures, engagement data and business outcomes
We're looking for a passionate and credible leadership development professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and has a genuine desire to help people grow and succeed.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes
- A strong understanding of leadership theory, organisational behaviour and performance management
- Experience creating learning solutions that support leader effectiveness and business performance
- Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to build strong relationships and influence leaders at all levels
- Experience partnering with operational teams to understand and address real business challenges
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to analyse feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement
- A passion for developing people and building positive organisational cultures
- Experience within the care sector, healthcare or another people-focused environment
- Experience supporting culture change or organisational development initiatives
- Professional qualifications in Learning & Development, Organisational Development or a related discipline
- Experience working within a multi-site or geographically dispersed organisation
