Hours
- 12-hour shifts, full-time
- Day shift: 5am–5pm on a 4-on, 4-off rota
- Night shift: Monday to Thursday, 7pm–5am or 9pm–7am
The role of Production Operative:
- Producing high-quality bread, muffins, and rolls as part of the team on a production line
- Supporting the shift leaders to achieve targets
- Keeping your work area hygienic
- Manual work requiring some heavy lifting — potentially standing for up to 12 hours per shift
- Working in a hot environment
The ideal Production Operative:
- Reliable with the ability to show initiative
- Flexible and adaptable to work across departments
- Great communication skills
- Must be able to work full-time on a long-term basis
- Must live in the local area (Cwmbran/Pontypool)
