We are seeking a motivated, organized, and highly communicative Retail Sales Associate to join our dedicated team in Knutsford. Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet and actively engage with customers, providing professional product advice in-store and over the phone.
Sales & Service: Answer queries regarding inventory, promotions, and industry trends; process payments and handle cashier duties accurately.
E-Commerce Support: Pick, pack, and despatch web orders; manage customer records and update the store database.
Inventory & Logistics: Receive, check off, barcode, restock, and rotate incoming courier deliveries against order documentation.
Store Standards: Clean, tidy, and present the shop floor to maintain an inviting, high-end environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve store goals set by the Store Manager.
Role Requirements
Equestrian Knowledge: Minimum of 2 years of equestrian experience (essential for advising customers on specialist products).
Retail Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays as part of the full-time schedule.
Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, a collaborative mindset, and basic tech literacy for database management.
