Lead, motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional childcare

Drive high standards in line with the EYFS framework

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Manage budgets and resources effectively

Build strong relationships with parents and the local community

Support continuous improvement across the nursery
Required Qualifications:
About You

Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, CACHE, NVQ or equivalent)

Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager

Strong leadership and communication skills

Organised, proactive and commercially aware

Passionate about delivering outstanding childcare
