Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Room Leader Level 3 to join our clients childcare team. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the early years team within the designated room, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Plan, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate activities that promote children’s development across all areas
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports children’s emotional and social well-being
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and any relevant observations
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and early years frameworks
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding children's progress and daily routines
- Support the professional development of team members through mentoring and training opportunities
- Contribute to the organisation of outings or activities requiring driving or transportation arrangements
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting is essential
- Proven management or leadership experience within childcare environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experience working with diverse groups of children and families
- Valid driving licence is preferred for organising outings or transportation needs

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
