THE TEAM
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will join the Executive Office at the heart of the hotel’s leadership team. Working closely with the Executive Committee, department heads, ownership representatives, corporate offices and operational teams, you will help ensure the smooth coordination of executive priorities and support the delivery of exceptional experiences for guests and associates alike.
YOUR ROLE
As Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will be a trusted partner responsible for enabling the effectiveness of the hotel’s most senior leader. Through proactive organisation, strong communication and exceptional attention to detail, you will manage key administrative and operational responsibilities while acting as a central point of coordination across the business. Your contribution will support efficient decision-making, seamless operations and the continued success of the hotel.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Manage the Managing Director’s diary, appointments and schedule, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated.
- Prepare and draft professional correspondence, emails, reports and presentations on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the Managing Director and other associates.
- Support the Executive Committee through meeting coordination, room bookings and minute-taking when required.
- Manage Executive Office reservations, guest communications and VIP arrangements with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Monitor and reconcile executive expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with corporate offices, ownership representatives and key stakeholders on matters requiring executive attention.
- Support the management of guest feedback and complaints, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
