Role Purpose
Support the sales, lettings and property management teams while completing a recognised apprenticeship (e.g.
Level 2/3 Housing and Property Management, or Junior Estate Agent apprenticeship standard).
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lettings Support
- Assist with property listings, photos, and marketing copy
- Book and help conduct viewings
- Liaise with vendors, landlords, and applicants on availability and feedback
- Support offer negotiation admin (chasing references, ID checks, AML compliance)
Property Management
- Log and triage maintenance requests from tenants
- Coordinate contractor visits and follow up on completed works
- Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and inventory checks
- Support rent arrears monitoring and tenancy renewal admin
- Help maintain compliance records (gas safety, EICR, EPC, deposit protection)
General
- Answer phones and handle front-of-office enquiries
- Maintain CRM/property management software records accurately
- Attend college/training days as part of the apprenticeship
- Shadow senior staff and complete on-the-job learning objectives
Requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths, grade 4/C or above
- Full UK driving licence desirable (not essential)
- Strong communication skills, professional telephone manner
- Organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Genuine interest in property/real estate

Role Details
Working hours: 9am–6pm, Mon–Fri, plus alternate Saturdays 10am–4pm
Location: Battersea
Reports to: [Branch Manager / Property Manager]
Pay: £8.00-£8.50 per hour
