The Role
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high service standards, supporting both operations and depot leadership. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Operations: Managing daily administrative tasks, raising hire/sales contracts, order processing, picking, and packing.
- Leadership Support: Deputizing for the Depot Manager, reinforcing company policies, and driving the team to meet operational goals.
- Customer & Team Support: Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues while fostering a safe, productive, and accountable working environment.
