Nursery Apprentice
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Nursery Apprentice to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young children and would like to begin or further develop a rewarding career in Early Years. Whether you are starting your childcare journey as an apprentice or bringing valuable transferable skills, we will provide ongoing support, training, and development opportunities to help you succeed.
As part of our dedicated team, you will contribute to providing outstanding care and learning experiences for children within a warm, welcoming, inclusive, and child-centred environment.
About the Role
Working under the guidance of your Room Leader, and Nursery Management Team, you will support the delivery of high-quality childcare and education for children and their families. You will play an important role in helping children feel safe, secure, valued, and inspired to learn through play and exploration.

- Act as a positive role model, demonstrating kindness, respect, and professionalism at all times.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development through meaningful interactions and experiences.
- Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring every child feels valued and respected regardless of their background, culture, religion, gender, language, or ability.
- Manage children's behaviour positively and appropriately in line with nursery policies and their stage of development.
