Job purpose
The purpose of this role is to ensure the CIPP and IPP Education Ltd is a safe working environment to conduct business operations. The role will coordinate health and safety policies, and facilities monitoring and maintenance checks and ensure that all required regulations and conditions are met, providing a safe, compliant physical environment.
Principal accountabilities
· Monitor and maintain Health and Safety compliance in-line with HSE regulations
· Coordinate the application of Health and Safety policies within the CIPP and IPP Education Ltd.
· Report to Health and Safety Executive (HSE) adhering to RIDDOR guidelines in absence of QESH manager and QESH executive.
· Environmental complaint and sustainability actions
· Facilities management liaison to ensure the office environment is safe and operational
· Contractor compliance
· Contract negotiation and budget control
· Supply management
· Administration support
· CRM administration
· Office coordination
· Execute a high-quality customer service for internal and external customers
· General administration duties including but not limited to; admin inbox management, post, photocopying, filing and archiving
· To participate as necessary in other tasks as required
The above are to be carried out within budget constraints and to pre-defined timescales and quality standards.
What drives the role?
The post holder must be able to organise their own workload to meet the required business needs, managing their time for ad hoc support when required.
The post holder will work in line with policies and procedures set by the senior management and will operate within these boundaries. They will also operate within the scope of the accredited Quality Standards – ISO 9001 and ISO14001.
Skills, knowledge and attributes
The post holder will need to be IT literate to a good standard, which should include working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and ideally CRM systems.
The post holder will need to have excellent organisational and administration skills, sound communication skills and an ability to manage complete organisational projects. They must have good attention to detail and be able to meet deadlines.
The post holder will need to be organised, flexible, willing, proactive and professional.

Terms and Conditions:
Salary £25,878 per annum (gross)
Working week 37 hour working week (full-time)
Annual leave 26 days annual leave per annum (plus bank holidays)
Location: Hybrid role (2 days remote / 3 days in Solihull)
