Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support financial operations by processing invoices using QuickBooks.
- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and welcoming.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
