Eddie Wright Car Supermarket is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Manager / Sales Controller to join our team in Scunthorpe.

The Role
You’ll play a key leadership role within the dealership, responsible for:
- Supporting and driving the sales team to exceed targets
- Maximising finance and insurance performance
- Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations
- Delivering a first-class customer journey from enquiry to handover
- Coaching and developing the team to achieve their full potential
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Manager or Sales Controller in the motor trade (essential)
- Strong track record in F&I performance and sales leadership
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High levels of organisation, drive, and professionalism
- A hands-on approach with a passion for results
