East Midlands based serviced apartment provider is looking to recruit a housekeeper to join our teams in Derby and Nottingham.
Our aim is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a crucial factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation. The role will involve working weekdays with weekends on a 1 in 2 rota system.
Previous experience is desirable and a full driving licence with access to a vehicle preferable however not essential as travel between sites may be required.
The applicant should:
· Show attention to detail and deliver high standards to promote an exceptional guest experience.
· Be able to work with little supervision and also as part of a team.
· Be able to prioritise and show good time management skills.
· Adhere to rules regarding health and safety.
· Be customer orientated and friendly.
· Be able to deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
Daily Tasks Include:
· Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as hoovering, mopping, dusting and polishing.
· Bed making.
· Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
· Protecting equipment and the property ensuring good standards are met.
· Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
