A year ago, we were just getting started. Since then, things have moved quickly, and we’ve grown into a trusted signage and large‑format print partner for clients across the UK and beyond.
As demand increases, we’re looking for a production all‑rounder who genuinely enjoys hands‑on making - someone who takes pride in turning great artwork into great finished work.
The Best Part? You won’t be buried in admin. No estimating, no job booking, no client management. Your focus is purely on production: printing, finishing, and the Adobe know‑how that brings it all together.
You’ll play a leading role on our production floor, ensuring every job leaves the building at the highest standard:
Printing — Operating HP Flatbeds, HP Latex, and Mimaki printers.
Finishing — Using the Summa cutter, laminating, mounting, and guillotining.
Pre‑Press — Preparing files using RIP software to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Adobe Work — Using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to get artwork production‑ready.
Quality Control — Checking every job before it goes out the door.
Machine Care — Carrying out routine maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
Entry requirements:
Experience with HP Latex, flatbed, and Mimaki printers a benefit
Strong production skills: mounting, vinyl application, Summa cutting, laminating.
Confidence using Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is preferred.
