Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menus, drink orders, and seating arrangements to foster a friendly atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and efficient service to maximize guest satisfaction
- Prepare and serve drinks at the bar, maintaining cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean, organized work area including tables, bar stations, and service stations in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Manage guest inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional guest services throughout their visit
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety protocols, and basic math skills for handling bills and payments
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen work is a plus, demonstrating versatility in supporting team needs
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy periods
