We are seeking a dedicated Fish Fryer to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cooking area, including sanitising equipment and surfaces
- Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist with meal preparation for service periods, supporting other kitchen staff as needed
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and served promptly to maintain freshness
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents or contamination in the kitchen
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking, preferably within a restaurant or catering environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in meal presentation and portion control
