Duties
- Assist with helping guests check-in, book games, and have a great experience
- Support your team in both front-of-house and bar
- Deliver excellent guest experience
- Run food to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the venue to promote a safe working environment
- Follow safety protocols during all tasks, especially when handling heavy or bulky items
- Take drink orders correctly
- Make or run drinks to/for guests
Requirements
- Fun, positive, authentic, and confident attitude
- 18 years of age or older
- Can get to and from home after a late shift
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
- Valid right to work
