Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Conduct negotiations to close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B,B2C or events clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Manage client accounts efficiently, ensuring timely responses to enquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Drive sales activities by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Organise schedules effectively to optimise time management and maximise sales opportunities.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate favourable outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Proven experience in B2B sales environments, demonstrating the ability to develop strategic partnerships.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant programmes.
- Effective time management and organisational skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Valid driving licence is preferred for client visits or attending meetings outside the office.
- Customer service orientation with a professional demeanour capable of building trust with diverse stakeholders. Pay: £488.40-£1,316.26 per week
